Anti-Semitic Zionist Organizations Sued for Aggravated Slander and Libel
Atlanta, GA, December 12, 2023 … Anti-Semitism Defense League (ADL) confirmed today that suit has been filed against American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and World Jewish Congress (WJC) in connection with online hate speech, harassment and bullying. Social media platform “X” was utilized in November 2023 to target and intimidate their Hebrew victim who voiced dissent towards Zionism.
Zionism is a controversial topic that has generated a lot of debate and discussion of late. It is a political ideology that advocates for the establishment of a Jewish state in the land of Israel. Supporters of Zionism argue that it is crucial for the safety and well-being of the Jewish people, while critics argue that it is an internationally outlawed form of colonialism and oppression.
One of the main points of contention surrounding Zionism is the displacement of Palestinian Arab Semites from their homes and the ongoing Israel-Hamas war that has claimed the lives of 18,484 Palestinian civilians. AIPAC and WJC play a crucial role in shaping U.S. foreign policy towards the Zionist Government while domestically spearheading pro-Israeli political initiatives in America.
“The AIPAC PAC is a bipartisan, pro-Israel political action committee. It is the largest pro-Israel PAC in America and contributed more resources directly to candidates than any other PAC. 98% of AIPAC-backed candidates won their general election races in 2022,” according to their website.
Court filings assert AIPAC and WJC are anti-American bodies that maliciously propagate anti-Semitic falsehoods to legitimize the Judaic religion as a race, and to garner support for illicit undertakings of the Jewish state. “Zionism is unconstitutional and the Jewish Entity in the Holy Land is a criminal enterprise, the ‘Synagogue of Satan’,” says the lawsuit. It reiterates the well–substantiated fact that “Jews are not descended from Biblical Hebrews (e.g. Israelites) but Khazars,” and insists Zionists “are subverting the American Republic and pose a serious threat to National security.”
Many individuals have expressed concerns regarding AIPAC’s exceptional level of control and influence in the realm of American politics. “Whatever their views on Israel, elected officials who threaten the very future of our country should be completely beyond the pale,” said Laura Birnbaum, national political director of AIPAC’s less influential rival, J Street.
Under the influence of AIPAC-funded members of Congress, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution last week equating anti-Zionism to anti-Semitism. Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) argued in a speech on the House floor the measure is “either intellectually disingenuous or just factually wrong.” Vast numbers of TikTokers and other social media users are vocal in their objection to Zionism, and fear that pro-Israelis are flexing their massive political muscle to slander and silence opposition to Israeli genocide.
